The OAM login page does not render correctly with Chrome and Firefox browsers

The OAM login page was configured in/for Oracle Access Manager (OAM)11g and there are no issues with any browser type.
When used with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12c it works with the Edge browser type, but does not work (display incorrectly - displays HTML code) when using the Firefox and Chrome browser types.
The default OAM server settings work as expected and the login page is displayed properly.
The issue is only seen when customization related with the authentication module is used.
