Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12.2.1.4: Logout Adds A Question Mark Character To The Logout Target URL (Doc ID 2906538.1)

1. Logout using an URL similar to the one below:

http://<oam-hostname>:<oam-port>/oam/server/logout?end_url=http://<webserver-hostname>:<webserver-port>/loggedout.html

2. The logout is successful, session cookies are cleared but the final page is:

http://<webserver-hostname>:<webserver-port>/loggedout.html?

3. A query separator character (?) was appended even though it was not requested. This happens in all browsers except Internet Explorer.
