Symptoms

Per note: How to Renew Demo Trust Certificate in WLS that Expires on Oct 25 2022 (Doc ID 2901612.1) it was attempted to apply the patch 13964737 with the bsu.sh script. 

Command: ./bsu.sh -install -patch_download_dir=WL_HOME/utils/bsu/cache_dir -patchlist=TTGM -prod_dir=MW_HOME/wlserver_10.3
