- Followed "Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Federation Protocol OAUth - How To Use An API To Retrieve Dynamic Attributes Without A User Session (Doc ID 2817030.1)"
- The custom plugin is triggering for grant_type(s) 'AUTHORIZATION_CODE' & 'PASSWORD'. But, the plugin is not triggering for grant_type 'REFRESH_TOKEN'.
- Per " When Using The OAuth "granttype=client_credentials" No Custom Claims Are Included In The Resulting Access Token (Doc ID 2878282.1)". <PATCH:34049361> has been applied, but still see the issue.
