SQLCL Liquibase data Command Not Creating default XML file In 22.3 Version

Symptoms
You are running Liquibase command under SQLcl 22.3 as
SQL>lb data -include-objects <Table Name>
and expecting a default data.xml file containing details of the above object. However content is shown on the command line itself instead of data.xml file.
Changes
This is working file till SQLcl 22.2 and there is change in behavior from 22.3
