Symptoms

There are overload errors in WebLogic Server logs of the form:

<Info> <WorkManager> <BEA-002912> <Overload Manager myservice-Capacity rejected request as current length 50 exceeds max capacity of 50>

<Info> <WorkManager> <BEA-002912> <Overload Manager mychannel-Capacity rejected request as current length 450 exceeds max capacity of 450>
