Capture Commit Processor Generates "Error creating commit document folder" (Doc ID 2908617.1)

Symptoms

Invoices from Email are imported into Capture, but not exported to the shared folder on the WebCenter Forms Recognition server.  The Capture Commit Processor is configured with a shared folder with syntax:

\\<wfr_server_DNS_alias>\<folder1>\<folder2>.

The user on the Capture server can create a file on that shared folder, and that file is visible and editable from the WFR server.  Both Capture server and the WFR Windows Service have been restarted.
