OHS Webgate Unable to Communicate With Access Server as Connection Timed Out During DNS Switch Over (Doc ID 2909928.1)

Symptoms

Each OHS server hosted on Linux Operating System are configured to 3 domain name servers (DNS). When one DNS servers fails, OHS (webgate) request is not failover to the second DNS server.

Webgate communication with Access Server are timeout and user accessing protected resources getting Access Denied error on the browser.
