OUD - "ORA-28040: No Matching Authentication Protocol" When Creating DB Proxy Workflow (Doc ID 2910292.1)

Symptoms

When running:

 ./dsconfig -X -n create-rdbms-table --type generic --set db-table-name:proxy_vw --table-name proxy_vw --element-name we-db1 --set primary-key-field:login_name --set primary-key-storability:false


ERROR

The RDBMS Table could not be created because of the following reason:

  * [LDAP: error code 53 - The Directory Server is unwilling to add
  configuration entry cn=proxy_vw,cn=RDBMS Tables,cn=we-db1,cn=Workflow
  elements,cn=config because one of the add listeners registered with the
  parent entry cn=RDBMS Tables,cn=we-db1,cn=Workflow elements,cn=config
  rejected this change with the message: Error occurred while initializing
  RDBMSExtension PoolDatatSource 'Exception occurred while getting
  connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get
  Connection from DatasourceCannot get Connection from
  DatasourceORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol
  ']
