Goal
Provide steps to remove the default Oracle diagnostic logging(odl) log handler from a logger using Fusion Middleware Control(FMWC).
The default log handler is odl-handler.
Our test logger (mylogger) currently have two log handlers, odl-handler and mylogger.handler.
