OPatch Detects your Platform as 100 While Installing Patch 3901078 (Doc ID 291181.1)

Goal

 While installing the Patch 3901078 on Windows the following error occurs:

OPatch detects your platform as 100 while this patch 3901763 supports
platforms:
453 (Sun SPARC Solaris)
This patch is not suitable for this operating system.
Please contact support for the correct patch.
ERROR: OPatch failed during pre-reqs check.
OPatch returns with error code = 150

Though the same patch can be installed on 453(Sun SPARC Solaris) without any error.
