APPKEY is NOT Propageted to Server Application from SALT Client with User Authentication (Doc ID 2912191.1)

When using SALT and user authentication, appkey is not propagated to server application.

It works with Tuxedo client normally, but random value is set from SALT client isntead of set of AUTHSVR value.
