Symptoms

An application is not able to use Fast connection failover (FCF) with Transparent Application Failover (TAF) . The application is using JDBC, Universal Connection Pool (UCP) and Oracle Notification Service (ONS) jar files from 19c release.
Active sessions are not gracefully connecting to the other node.
