Symptoms

After Installing and Configuring Report environment ,  Report instances server restarted continuously by Node Manager. 

According to suggestion in Doc ID 2400542.1 , download and install Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files, but issue persists.
