Custom Colors of WebLogic Console on WebLogic 12.2.1.4 do not Work (Doc ID 2914500.1)

Symptoms

On WLS 12.2.1.4, when changing the color of the WebLogic Console Toolbar of a production environment using below steps, the desired color does not get updated.

 
Take a backup of content.css in '<Middleware_Home>/wlserver/server/lib/consoleapp/webapp/css'

Change as mentioned following in content.css file:


This content.css change does not update the Console Toolbar background color.

AdminServer restart, also does not modify the color for Console Toolbar background color.
