SOA Suite Version Compatibility (Doc ID 2916938.1)

Oracle SOA Suite - Version 12.2.1.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

1. Prod is having 12.2.1.2.0 version and SIT having 12.2.1.0.0 version of SOA Suite.
 2. Development setup is having 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0 version, which are higher than the prod and SIT env.
 3. If we deploy the developed code to SIT and prod by changing the versions as per corresponding env versions, will there be any config issues in future?
4. Kindly provide insight on above 3 points, so that we can start development
