Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Configuration & Deployment Issues (WSM in EM and WLS Consoles, Attaching Policies, OWSM-MDS Data Source, etc)

When attempting to invoke a REST service from a client that has oracle/http_oauth2_token_with_resource_owner_creds_over_ssl_client_policy_DPI attached to it, the following error occurs.
