"From" Value Not Extracted And Getting Displayed From MSG File (Doc ID 2918649.1)

Symptoms

The Customer is attempting to render OLM format files (Mac version of
Outlook) and the "From" information is missing when rendered through OIVT
(Options.exe) and the "From" information is not included in the CA output
when compared to an actual Windows created MSG file


SCCCA_BEGINTAG: SCCCA_EMAILFIELD: Mail Field Id = 0x0001367c.

In the OLM file it has been noted that the above line is not included in the
OLM created msg file and the "From" value is displayed in the "To" field.

Changes

 The From field is disabled or locked in the e-mail in question.
