$outbound variable is empty for Service Callout (Doc ID 2920789.1)

Goal

We are using OSB Service Callout. In order to pick the endpoint URL of back-end, we are using the $outbound variable, but when we try to print it, we noticed it is empty.

If we are using Routing, we are able to see the data in the $outbound variable.
