All Groups not Visible in WebCenter Portal Configured with Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) and Active Directory (AD) (Doc ID 2921265.1)

Symptoms

After configuring WebCenter Portal with Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) integrated with Active Directory (AD), it is observed that not all groups are returned in WebCenter Portal. 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.
     
  2. Go to the Security settings of a Portal.
     
  3. Select the Members Tab.
     
  4. Search for groups.
    All groups are not returned.
