Error "JMSExceptions:045115" Comes up When Targeting Queue to Clustered JMS Server (Doc ID 2921596.1)

Symptoms

After creating a JMS destination (queue or topic) and targeting it to the JMS server which is targeted to the cluster of managed servers the below error message comes up in WebLogic Admin console:
