On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Build

ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.MIRS_BSS_ERP_INTERFACES" has been invalidated

Define a DB adapter to call a database procedure , usually Oracle plsql procedure , after the procedure is being compiled on run time, OSB gets ORA-04061

The adapter, JDBC connection , is not familiar with the new instance of the procedure/function .
After DS reset, works as expected.

Also in test, when compiling a procedure, and in order to test it, we need to reset the DS.
Is there a DS attribute the define to reconnect the new instance of the procedure without raising an error or doing a reset?
