Symptoms

In Oracle WebCenter Content Desktop Client Windows Explorer Integration (WCC Desktop WEI, former known as Desktop Integration Suite (DIS)), we can copy and paste a file in a folder (Ctrl+C Ctrl+V). However, there seems no "cut and paste" (Ctrl+X Ctrl+V) feature.
