Increasing the number of instances of OAG and as a result, increasing the number of vCPU for better performance.

At first, the increase was from 20 to 22 vCPU (per nodes) and an the second increase tested was from 22 to 26 vCPU (per nodes).

After the second activity, a performance issue was faced on all nodes.
