Symptoms

In an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) - Oracle Access Manager (OAM) environment with Oracle Universal Directory (OUD) as the backend Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory, when attempting to create users in OIM with same First Name and Last Name, the user gets created in OIM, but the same user is not created in OUD.
