UNDEFINED REFERENCE TO `__CTYPE_B_LOC' WHILE RELINKING F90WEBMX WITH USER EXITS (Doc ID 292330.1)

Applies to:

Oracle Forms - Version 9.0.4 and later
Linux x86

Symptoms

 1) Operating system is Red Hat AS 3.0

2) You have User exits referring to CTYPE.H

3) While relinking f90webmx you get the following error

/undefined reference to
'__ctype_b_loc'
ca_util.o(.text+0x5790): In function 'Some function name':
ca_util.c:1981: undefined reference to '__ctype_b_loc'

Here the name of function will vary .

4) You have verified the Glibc version ->
$rpm -q glibc
glibc-2.3.2-95.3
.
5) LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.19 does not help
