Symptoms

Enabling SAML SSO by configuring SAML 2.0 between IDCS and WebLogic Server (WLS). When configuring the WLS as service provider, unable to generate metadata.

From WebLogic Console -> Servers> <Managed-Server-Name>> General> SAML 2.0 General > Publish Metadata, following error is thrown:
