Enabling Master Logging Causes Performance Issues on Opening EBS Forms (Doc ID 2923405.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Core Services

Enabling Master logging caused a performance issue to the point where the EBS form doesn’t open

As part of debugging EBS Zoom to WebCenter Imaging integration issues customer tried to enable Master logs as per steps mentioned in "Section 1 – Logging” of below document id. But it caused a performance issue to the point where the EBS form doesn’t open due to which we have to rollback the changes and we are unable to get Master logs.

Changes

Below SQL commands were run to enable Master logs:
Update AXF.AXF_CONFIGS set LOGENABLED='YES' where FORMFUNCTION='<custom_formname>';
Commit;
