Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of Proxy controller PC service not starting is seen. At the time of the issue, starting Proxy controller using "proxyadm start" command either hangs forever or times out.

Looking further into the Proxy controller cacao logs, we notice that the PC service is not starting due to following Derby Database errors.

Changes

Possible abrupt shutdown of Proxy Controller Derby DB.
