WebCenter Content: Imaging Input Agent is Not Processing From One of the Input Locations (Doc ID 2924700.1)

Symptoms

There are multiple Input locations defined in the WebCenter Content: Imaging mbeans settings.  Input files from one of the locations is not being processed while the other locations are processing.   

In the diagnostic log, it is showing the below error, which relates to not being able to get a lock on the location that not processing.

Loaded config value InputAgentInputDirectories=<Location1>;<Location2>;
Looking for work for Input - <Input_Name>
Have lock for input directory : <Location1> -- false
Have lock for input directory : <Location2> -- true
