Missing "Related Items" Asset Recommendation Relationship in Publish Target Environment (Doc ID 2924917.1)

Symptoms

After publishing two assets linked by "Related Items" recommendation type, the relationship between them disappears in the new environment where they are published.

Both assets are published but without the recommendation type "Related Items" linked between them.
