Symptoms

Unable to access applications using the IPv4 address to OHS port.

OHS has been configured using

Listen <hostname>:<port>

Accessing any URL using

http://<xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>:7777

Is unable to connect. This may also fail when using a hostname in the URL or when using https and the SSL port.
