Error in SOA logs when updating DLV_MESSAGE TABLE : java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation (Doc ID 2925407.1)

Symptoms

When we were deploying SOA composites using flexdeploy, Managed Servers went into warning state. We saw stuck threads when managed servers went into warning state. To resolve the issue and processed with migration we restarted the SOA managed server.

Once managed server are restarted, we were able to perform SOA composites migrations using flexdeploy.

But during managed server restart we found below errors from log file.
