m_FileAssign Failed After upgrading 12c (Doc ID 2925698.1)

Symptoms

  When upgrading Batch RT from 11g to 12c, m_FileAssign fails follwing error.

ERROR mi_FileAssign: The number of arguments is not the number expected min=2 <= nb_args <= max=2 (nb_args=0, args=)
ERROR m_FileAssign: The internal action function (mi_FileAssign -d SHR) returns a code different from 0 (123)

 It works with 11g following code.
