WebCenter Sites: Error Accesing WCS Console After Upgrading And Patching To from (Doc ID 2927929.1)

We have done a WCS migration from WCS to WCS
After applying the patch (p34646566_122140_Generic) we cannot successfully log into WCS console.

After the CAS login it is shown this message: No applications are available for this site.
In sites.log we can see this error:

[2022-11-25T14:59:19.264+01:00] [WCSitesServer1] [ERROR] [] [] [tid: 32] [userId: ] [ecid: XXX-XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX-000000d9,0] [APP: sites] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Exception getting data from assetdata$AccessRolesObj
