Goal

On : 12.2.1.5.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

Users are searching files in UCM server using following webservice.

https://<hostname>:443/idcws/GenericSoapPort?WSDL

When searching the webservice (either on SOAP UI or the content UI with a particular DocTitle, users are getting the below error -
"Unable to retrieve search results. Error occurred while processing. Unable to return results."
