Remote Domains Not Connected on Oracle Tuxedo (Doc ID 2929736.1)

Symptoms

On Tuxedo 12.2.2, remote domains are not getting connected. The user faced an issue with one of the domains (domain name) not connecting in remote domains through one of dmdamin utilities.   
The user does not see the result when we tried dmadmin utility.
