WebLogic Admin Server Shown "Overloaded" Health Status (Doc ID 2937302.1)

WebLogic admin server is overloaded because the count of inbound requests exceed its max capacity. Currently there are 87858 pending requests.

Below message persists in server.log. And no any log data in server.out

Server State is "Running" and Health is "Overloaded". One of Managed Servers shown "Not reachable". Other Manage Servers keep "OK" health.
