Failed to Upgrade Domain to 12.2.1.4 When Domain Creating with Custom Template (Doc ID 2937818.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

It is failed to upgrade domain "readDomainForUpgrade" from WebLogic 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4. And 12.2.1.2 domain created with one 10.3.6 template.

When creating one fresh 12.2.1.2 domain without custom template, "readDomainForUpgrade" can upgrade domain to 12.2.1.4 successfully.
