AdminServer Hanging on SocketInputStream.socketRead0() Trying to Connect to NM via SSL but NM was Configured as non-SSL (Doc ID 2938106.1)

Symptoms

Configuration of Nodemanager was changed from using secure port SSL to non secured port using non-SSL, same port was kept.
This was done in {domain}/nodemanager/nodemanager.properties, changed SecureListener to false.

Also "Machine" configuration in wl-consolse for the machines in the domain were changed to use Plain protocol.
