Symptoms

After patch 34791593 is applied getting an OAuth Access Token through the Password Grant flow fails if the /OAuth/UserAuthentication resource is protected by an Authentication Scheme which uses UserAuthenticationPlugIn. Rolling back the patch resolves the issue.
