ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
After upgrading APEX and Ords versions to 22.2 and 22.4.0 respectively, The procedure.rest.preHook parameter is different from the previous version.
The same ords standalone serves ORDS and APEX applications. The services work correctly but when accessing the APEX applications the defined prehook is executed and does not allow access.
"The request could not be processed because the database stored function pre-hook associated with this resource could not be invoked"
In previous versions of APEX/ords prehook defined in the defaults.xml file and the applications were accessible.
Has this changed with the new ORDS versions ?
