Symptoms
The user has a problem because sometimes GWWS boots the first time, and some others it does not and fails to say that it can't find an fml field although it is defined in ENVFILE
The error has to be with something related to the number of XSDFILES or the size of them because if reduce the number doesn't reproduce the problem.
