Getting "Java.io.EOFException" After Applying Patch 34653267 Or 34883826 (Doc ID 2939906.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Oct CPU patch 34653267 or Jan CPU Patch 34883826, getting the following error when both the managed servers are started.

If one managed server is started, then there is no issue. Also, if they rollback the patch, then there is no issue.
