Goal
In this document we will provide instructions on how to bring up administration server on a different node when the primary node is down for some reason.
For instance there is a domain setup in high availability mode which is distributed across 2 phyiscal nodes (node1 and node2).
Node1 has admin server and managed server1
Node2 has managed server2
For some reason the Node1 is down, now the instructions from this doc can be followed to bring up the admin server on Node2.
