Deployed Application's Test Point is not Reflecting IP/Hostname When Machine Name is Different Than Hostname/IP (Doc ID 2940126.1)

Symptoms

The problem is seen while testing the deployed application via the testing URL from the Admin Console.
More exactly, the hostname configured for the target server is not able to be used as a testing URL via Admin Console.
