WebCenter Enterprise Capture Recognition Processor Hangs When Processing Certain Batches (Doc ID 2940130.1)

Symptoms

Documents are imported through a Folder Import Processor.  The logs show the batches were created, but these batches are not showing in the Capture client for users.  Batches are getting stuck in the Recognition Processor process.  The Recognition Processor JMS queue was backed up and showed over 80 messages pending.

No errors are seen in the logs for the Recognition Processor.
