The ACL set independently under ORACLE_HOME disappears after the SPB Patches with SPBAT is applied.

1. Create a test directory under ORACLE_HOME.

2. Add TEST user to the ACL on the test directory.

3. Check the ACL on the test directory.

4. Apply the SPB Patches with SPBAT.

5. Check the ACL on the test directory.
