Need To Mask Sensitive Information From OSB .out And .log Files (Doc ID 2940604.1)

Goal

We are using OSB log activity to write message payloads into the log files to help debug in case of any error that occurs in the flow. The problem is that some of the payloads contain sensitive data that should not be completely accessible by the development and support teams, like email addresses, credit card numbers, etc, and we need to mask this kind of data for security reasons.
I would like to ask you if you can provide the correct documentation to achieve the data masking goal on the logs.
