Symptoms
In an OIG-Oracle Access Manager (OAM) SSO integrated environment, after deleting and recreating the obLockedOn attribute from the SSOTrusted-for-SSOTarget Application the reconciliation is broken.
After the user is locked in the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) target, the locked status will not get reconciled in to OIG.
In the logs we can see the following error message:
